The remainder of the story is filled with twists. For the last two-thirds of the book, ‘the gang’ must go on a trek richelle mead shadow heir another kingdom in the Otherworld in order to stop a devastating blight that has taken over. There are two significant surprises revealed and while I was able to guess the first one beforehand, they were both very interesting revelations that added to the story’s excitement which it definitely needed more of.
