I think this book is a great book and the author really describes the moves and the skills the author of this book is masathoshi nakayama he is the one who dynajic you the move s in the pictures I rate this book 4 stars. It really is a book to make it to 1st dan.

I understand the importance of learning the philosophy behind karate, but there are plenty of other great books dedicated to understanding that area, and I don’t need to read it over again Thanks nakayyama telling us about the problem.

There is far less space wasted on karate “philosophy” than in many other books.
